Right from day one at cottons we knew the hotel was going to be perfect, we came as guests originally to get a true feel for the place. All the staff were so welcoming, the food was excellent and the facilities second to none. We knew it would be the venue for us. The wedding show case was really useful with a lot of suppliers coming from the contacts we got there all the professionals you need at your fingertips.

We have had nothing but pleasant stays and visits at Cottons hotel and Spa in Knutsford and have always found all the staff, from reception, waiting on and the spa to be nothing but friendly, pleasant and extremely helpful, hence one of the reasons we chose this venue for our wedding. I have nothing but praise in particular for Jess the wedding and events coordinator who was there from the start with all the organization and paperwork and nothing was too much trouble for her, she was extremely pleasant to work with and there for support up to the day. I checked in the night before and on the day there was Alex who was absolutely amazing with his support and made the day stress free for myself. He did all the overseeing of the final stages on the day, dealing with all deliveries from florist, cake maker, venue dressers , the registrars, etc.

The food was amazing we received so many compliments it’s impossible to list them. The decor stunning by perfect weddings and absolutely everything was directed perfectly so much so I eventually learned to let go and let the Cottons team do what they had been doing all along, without my interference, which was to conduct an amazing day for us all and I so wish I had left them to what they do best much earlier in proceedings. If you wish to have an amazing wedding day supported and cared for by an amazing team look no further you’ve found them. I truly cannot thank the whole team and every member of staff for supporting us and creating and delivering in my Daughters words: THE BEST DAY OF HER LIFE.. A dream come true. What a fantastic weekend we have had. Your team and staff where absolutely amazing throughout. Polite courteous and just showed so much love in their job roles nothing was too much. Olivia is an amazing lady and has such a warmth to her which just eased me at some of my wobbles. Nothing was too much to ask. All of the team that worked on our wedding were amazing and we have had many comments from our guests regarding them and the service they provided. The food was absolutely amazing and knocked the socks off everyone not the usual standard they have receive in other venues. We can not thankyou all enough! Danielle and Mike.

We chose Cottons for our late afternoon civil ceremony and follow on reception/ party because they offered us a bespoke package and were one of the most reasonably priced venues. They did not disappoint – they were helpful, professional and made sure everything ran smoothly. They went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was fabulous and I can’t recommend Charlotte and the team enough.

Recently got married here and cannot recommend the place enough. All of the staff cannot do anymore for you, in particularly Alex and Charlotte the wedding co-ordinators, they make everything as stress free as possible and the day was perfect from start to finish!

Thank you to Charlotte and Alex, for providing me with the best wedding a girl cousins dream for, everything was so smooth, down to all the emails, the finer details , the running of the day.
