We had an amazing day, with our closest family and friends. The evening was great too and everything ran on time. I would like to firstly thank you Jess for your efforts and communication in making our day amazing. We really appreciate the thoughtfulness and consideration you put into the planning by working alongside us for what we wished for. It was a pleasure to work with you and we feel you have given us a great service Secondly I would like to thank Alex. We had so many nice comments about your attitude and pleasant manner with the guests. You were there for us at all times during the day and we cannot thank you enough. You made the day run smoothly, listened to our requests and helped us whenever we needed. Thank you again! Lastly I would like to thank the staff on the day for their service. Thank you also for giving us a private area for breakfast dining the day after, it was really appreciated.

Our day wouldn’t have been nearly as amazing without Jess, Alex and all their colleagues in the background. We had so many compliments from guests about how beautiful the venue was, our mums wanted us to say thank you on their behalf too for. Everything was so perfect, exactly how we had imagined over the the last 3 years but just with an extra bit of added magic. Big thank you to Alex for making each turn around of the room so wonderful, we really did feel like we had a fairy tale day and it wouldn’t have happened without either of you. Thank you so so much, from the bottom of our heart.

I cannot thank the team at Cottons enough for making our wedding day the best day of our lives! From beginning to end the team worked tirelessly to ensure that everything was absolute perfection. Special thanks must go to Jess our coordinator who was always at the end of the phone to answer enquiries and many questions - nothing was ever too much trouble. Another special thanks to Alex who did an amazing job of running the day - even though we arrived later than expected! The day was just amazing from beginning to end - the food was superb, bar staff were fantastic and accommodation was brilliant. The dancefloor absolutely made our night and was packed right up until 1am! I would highly recommend Cottons hotel to anyone planning a wedding. It was the best decision we made aside from saying I do!

Thank you so much for EVERYTHING you did for us, we viewed so many venues before Cottons and once we viewed Cottons it was such an easy yes! We couldn’t have asked anymore from the whole process, everything was always so quick and nothing was any trouble. Alex did a great job from start to finish, we let him decide on where things should go and he did a great job, everything looked perfect. The whole day went so smoothly, nothing went wrong and things just fell into place, with a lot of hard work from you guys I’m sure! Our day was perfect and we can’t thank you enough for everything you have done for us, you all made our special day extra special.

Your bar staff were fantastic, quick and so accommodating! We have had endless remarks about the fantastic food, which we loved!! The Cottons will always hold a special place in our hearts!

TI would like to say a huge thank you to every single member of your team, from start to finish the staff at the Cottons have been amazing. 

From Karen to Jess the planning process was flawless and made me relax so much. Your fast response to my emails and attention to detail has been great all the way through.  The whole weekend went great. From meeting Alex on Friday I knew we were in good hands. Arrival and evening meal on Saturday was lovely.  Sunday was outstanding, the staff were incredibly attentive and to be honest we didn't notice them but noticed the work they were doing. Having worked in hotels in the past myself and Jacob were amazed by their work. The bar staff were so nice and friendly. The food could not have been complemented enough, it was gorgeous.

Alex was amazing and at 1am, he was still tidying up after me. He was there on hand through it all. Nothing was too much trouble for him at all, he pre-empted our needs and was on hand throughout the day and night into the early hours. He made the day flow and nothing went wrong. My mum was thanking the staff herself as she was so happy and impressed and she's a hard lady to please. The only word to describe the day was perfect. My requests were precise and everything was met and if not improved. 

Thank you all so much again. Myself and Jacob can't wait to return and recommend to any couple looking for a venue.

I would highly recommend the Cotton’s Hotel and Spa, as they seamlessly executed one of the best days of my life. We held our 60-person international wedding at their venue and experienced very few hiccups during the process. Any issues were sorted, and sorted very professionally and apologetically, and our wedding day was wholly executed to perfection. They do only work with wedding planners likely to prevent as few issues as possible.

All of our guests LOVED the food selections, and the portions were more than generous. The rooms were flipped seamlessly as we had chosen to utilize two of their spaces to separate the ceremony and reception, and what began as a breakfast room and a meeting room were absolutely transformed by our dresser and the Cottons’ team.

I would like to praise their staff immensely for their professionalism, courteousness, and patience. They were absolutely fabulous! Jess the coordinator was always calm and collected, and just wonderful to work with. The banquet managers Ryan and Alex were both just incredible. Ryan was so cool under pressure when an issue arose with breakfast, and I just cannot thank him enough for his calm and professional acumen. Alex was working on the day, and stayed with us until the party was over (1:00 AM!) and even helped me find things which moved after he was preparing to leave for the night! Such a nice person. Finally, MAX. Give him a raise, he was just delightful. Many of my guests somehow knew him by name, and everyone just complimented him on his geniality and genuine customer service. He was just wonderful. Tom was very pleasant as well.

To all the staff, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. It could not have been more perfect. I am happy to write a more concise review on any platform but just wanted to regurgitate all of our feelings in one lump review. The hotel, spa, and staff are just magnificent. We would recommend the venue to anyone who may ask.

The Cottons Hotel and Spa held our wedding day and what a day it was. These guys are the best nothing was too much and the attention to detail is outstanding. Jess and Alex what a credit you are your amazing at what you do. I wouldn't have changed a thing. Thank you so much.

We had an amazing time over the weekend, it all just went too fast, before we knew it, it was 1am. The food was superb, everybody said how good both the meal and the evening buffet was. Alex was amazing and couldn’t have done anymore for us, he made sure everything was going as we wanted, he made sure the room was as we wanted and even helped sort out a balloon arch we had put together the night before. Above and beyond is what I would call it. There were 2 lads serving the meals and wine with Alex, they were fantastic, everybody commented on how much fun they were and had the room laughing.

A credit to the hotel. Jess, you made sure our day was as we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble. And we can’t thank you enough for making our day perfect. Cottons is an amazing place and we knew from the moment we walked in for the first time that we were going to get married there, everybody in the hotel was friendly and helpful. Thank You so much again.

We knew the moment we walked into Cottons that it was the place we wanted to get married. The staff were welcoming and made us feel so comfortable. Throughout the whole process they made us feel valued and nothing was a bother or too much. The wedding coordinator, Jess, was one of the best we'd ever met, she was always on hand for any changes or issues we had, was incredibly friendly and accessible. She made sure she was there throughout our planning and even came in on her day off to see us on the big day.

Truly felt special, all of our guests commented on how nice and entertaining the staff were, how amazing the food was, and many have said how they would use Cottons going forward. Some of the family members have even booked family celebrations for next year with them due to how amazing they were on the wedding day. Everything from food to decor was perfect, we truly couldn't imagine having got married anywhere else.

All our guests have commented on what a fantasy day it was and how nice the food and venue were. We would definitely recommend Cottons to anyone organising an event or just wanting a nice relaxing break. We hope to return ourselves at some point in the near future on a spa weekend. Everything was flawless from the day we came for a show around until leaving as Mr and Mrs. Special thanks go to Jenny and Stevie for helping us with the whole process of organising every detail of the day over the last 11 months and then to Kurt for helping run the day so smoothly. We had our wedding here, it was amazing had a fantastic day and evening. Kurt the toastmaster was lovely really helpful and the DJ was great too. Food was amazing everyone had a wonderful time. The spa is well worth a trip we also had our nails and bridal make up done at the spa. Also, the rooms were amazing too especially the bridal suite, beds very comfy everything you needed.
