I arranged a celebration, Sunday Lunch, at Cottons for my Eightieth Birthday - all the arrangements were made through Jess Hampton, the Weddings and Events Manager. Thirteen close family members joined my wife and me on the day, and I had booked the ideally sized Tatton Suite, which is just off the main Restaurant, with a private arrival reception area for guests close by.
Everything was perfect, with first-class service throughout. The beautifully decorated guest reception area was a delight, with its lit fire, comfortable seating, and Champagne and soft drinks at the ready. The Tatton Suite was just right with an effective long table, for up to sixteen guests, dressed in white linen and set exactly as we wanted it. Guests had several choices for each of their three courses, all delivered smoothly and with great courtesy by the very efficient staff. As for the food, my compliments go to the Chef who did us all proud.
